Asus VS248H-P 24-Inch Full-HD LED Monitor

The ASUS VS248H-P 24-Inch Monitor lived up to all my expectations for a 24" monitor in the $200 price range. The LED display is very bright and crisp, and I have not detected any dead or dull pixels on the screen. Response rate is fast and so graphics are clear and colorful. The widescreen format provides plenty of viewing space - viewing two Word pages at a time is very useful. Overall, this monitor was a great purchase.

Building out a new work/gaming rig, and after spending hours reading reviews on TN monitors I decided to pull the trigger with the ASUS VS248H-P.
They are amazing. Very good set of features for the money.
After receiving them and doing a little more research, some feedback for potential buyers:
-They're bright enough to be seen in orbit, especially if you're in a dark room. Get ready to turn the brightness way down when you first get them.
-Comes with VGA and single-channel DVI cables. However, to really get your money's worth you'll need to use either a dual-channel DVI or HDMI cable for better color depth and frequency (above 60Hz).
-Spend some time calibrating the monitors for color (look up online if you don't know how to do this). The insane contrast ratio on these makes time spent doing this worth it.
-The stand and tilt feature leave a little to be desired. If you're buying a monitor based on it's ability to bend and flex and twist, this isn't your ideal monitor.
